- Returns -
At Cotton River and Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect you must initiate your return within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
If you were sent incorrect items/damaged items from your order please initiate your return. You will be contacted by a Cotton River representative and we will cover the cost of the shipping back to our warehouse. If the Return/Exchange falls on the customer they must pay shipping to our warehouse.
Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

Once contacted, Cotton River and Company must receive your merchandise within 30 days. Please use the original packing slip and/or order number with your return with the reason for your return on the back. It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 7 to 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Cotton River and Company reserves the right to charge you additional shipping charges to cover shipping costs. When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
The address provided for Cotton River and Company can only be used to return items purchased at (www.CottonRiverAndCompany.com). If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Cotton River and Company that were not purchased from us cannot be processed.
- Exchanges -
If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order for that item to ensure availability. Return your previous order as a return. Once we receive your item back in unworn/resellable condition we will issue a full refund for your initial return. Returns/Exchanges from Shows
If you have purchased the products at some type of event or show directly from Cotton River and Company you will have to cover the shipping charge to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping back to your location. All of our show Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by contacting Cotton River and Company directly by our Contact Us page.
November and December Orders (Holiday Orders)
All orders placed between the months November, and December must be returned/exchanged before January 15th of the new year.
